Are you doing it like a top or bottom? 😏 I've observed many times over the years different type of planks being done by people that can be more effective with a little improvisation & focus on technique

When a normal plank is done right (Anti-Extension = Prevents Lower Back Arch), it will fire up your abs muscle. I personally love to clenched the hip extensors (glutes) muscle to reinforce the anti-extension purpose of a plank
